When my husband and I still lived together, we would spend countless nights laying in bed dreaming of the “what ifs!” What if we won the lottery, what if his business sold for a million bucks, what if . . . now life is so busy and I don’t really have anyone to discuss my what if dreams with. But they still exist, we all have them. And if we don’t, the constant propaganda from Disney movies keep those “genie in the bottle” and “happily ever after tales” in our head. So . . . If you were to get three wishes, what would they be?

- I wish to have a lifetime of love, laughter, and utter Glee.
- I wish for my children to know not only the Joys of success but the triumph of failure.
- I wish I had the ability to turn back time.

- To lead by example and live with my obituary in mind. When it’s my time, I want my legacy to be a life of giving, love and grace. And most importantly I want to have passed that on to my children through the way I live my life, not just my words.
- To have the health and wealth to travel everywhere my heart desires. I truly love my life, work and all, but being able roadtrip, backpack Europe and cruise several times a year would just be icing on the cake.
- Continued health for my children through their lives. I have learned a hard lesson these last years that letting your physical self go really hampers your life as a whole. I hope their witness of my struggles now to regain my self and confidence will teach them early not to let it happen to them.

- Family first…Wealth and Health for my family and loved ones. In the words of Bruno Mars and and Travie McCoy “I wanna be a Billionaire so freak’n bad” I don’t want to buy a bunch of stuff as I feel like life is too cluttered already. However, I would like my for my parents to be able to retire, my husband to be able to be the house-husband he has always dreamed of being, to be able to take my children to all the places we’ve talked about, like Mount Rushmore and the Grand Canyon, and to personally be able to have the funds and time to donate to charities that are important to me. I also want my parents and family to be free of any chronic or life threatening diseases. I can handle being sick on occasion, but I would like to not have to worry that anyone has gone into anaphylactic shock because of eating somewhere other than at home…
- Myself…Self-Confidence, Discipline and Inner strength; I would like to have the confidence to pursue the things I really want and the discipline to achieve my goals. I would like to be able to stand up for what I believe in when confronted, rather than feeling like I need to keep quiet to keep the peace or so I don’t upset the balance of things. I would like to have the fortitude to stay out of business that I don’t belong in, or spout my opinion when it is clearly not needed or wanted.
- Others…I would like for whatever it is that makes predators prone to do the awful things they do to be eradicated, so that violence against people, especially children would stop. So that spousal abuse, both physical and mental, would end and there would be no need to redefine rape as it wouldn’t exist any longer.

- 1. That everyone could be tolerant and patient with each other. We all may seem to be very different in our personalities, but I believe deep in the heart we all strive for the same…acceptance of ourselves and of others.
- 2. Even distribution of health and wealth. I believe that no one person is more deserving than another. People who don’t seem to try and work hard may seem faulty, but usually this due to a lack of inspiration and guidance.
- 3. Remove pain and suffering in the world.
